Why does Constellation exist?

This directory began as a Google form and spreadsheet started by TakeTwo Services, back in 2020. Learn more about Constellation and its history here.

Do I have to pay for this?

This directory lists nonprofit consultants of color for free. Foundations, larger nonprofits, and other hirers utilizing this resource to find consultants of color are invited to become members at a reasonable sliding scale fee. 
If you like what you see and want to support these efforts financially, please consider leaving a tip or getting in touch about partnership. All fees, tips, and partnership funding go towards the maintenance and upkeep of this resource.



I'm not a consultant of color; I'm looking to hire a consultant of color! How do I search the directory?

We offer memberships for a variety of hiring institutions: please select the membership plan that best describes you. Hirer members have the ability to search the directory and (FUTURE FEATURE!) to post RFPs that will be searchable by Constellation's consultant members.
