Constellation operates to address access, diversity, equity, and parity in the nonprofit sector. Thus, all types of memberships have the same levels of access–to search, contact, and hire consultants of color listed here. Pricing for each membership level is based on a sliding scale to match budget size, and address inequities of wealth and access.
